How the application process works

Submit your application

When you apply for a role with us, we will want to know about your preferences, skills and experience. As part of your application, you’ll be asked to provide information and documents that support your interest in the position.

Complete your interview

If you meet the qualification and experience criteria of the position, we will be in touch for an interview. You can expect to be asked a mix of technical questions and behavioural questions so we can get to know you.

Collect your uniform and start work!

We’ll meet you face to face so you can collect your new uniform and your identification badge. Moving forward, you’ll have all the support you need from our team to get started and work with confidence.

If it’s been a while since you updated your First Aid certifications, or you don’t have a current Police Check, dont worry! Just note this in your application and our team will help you update these requirements.

Specific Requirements

The type of formal qualifications and experience you’ll need depends on the kind of work you are applying for.

Personal Care Assistant or Assistant in Nursing

For PCA and AIN roles, you’ll need to have:

To work as a Registered Nurse, or as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll need to have:

Kitchenhands and Chefs

To work as a kitchenhand or chef in an Aged Care setting, you’ll need to have:
