Approved employers in Aged Care, agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing, and more. Host businesses (e.g. Aged Care Facilities) partner with an Approved Employer such as Crewe Sharp. All placements must comply with PALM program guidelines in which Crewe Sharp will guide each partnered facility through.
- How long can PALMS workers stay?
PALM Scheme workers are contracted to Crewe Sharp (not the Aged Care provider) for up to 4 years, depending on the job and visa type.
- What roles can PALMS workers do?
Personal care, hospitality, kitchen support, cleaning, grounds, general labour, and more.
- How are workers selected?
All workers are pre-screened, recruited in person by our staff, trained, and matched to your operational needs.
- Who handles visas and compliance?
Crewe Sharp as the Approved Employer, holds the sponsorship, manages all program compliance, and maintains responsibility for legal and welfare obligations under the PALM Scheme Deed.
- Do workers speak English?
Yes, all PALM Scheme workers are tested for English language proficiency and undertake job readiness training before arriving in Australia.
- What support is provided?
Crewe Sharp provides onshore pastoral care, accommodation oversight, transport coordination, and regular welfare check-ins as required under the PALM Scheme Deed. We are committed to the wellbeing of all workers placed through our company.
