What you’ll do

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) working with Crewe Sharp Medical, you’ll work in rewarding aged care and home and community settings.

We have a high demand for personal carers across our client base.

We have preferred supplier agreements with the largest private aged care and home care providers in Australia.

Preferred supplier agreements mean that these providers call us first - and that means more work for available for you.

What you’ll need

For PCA roles, you’ll need to have:

A current National Police Check
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
The right to work within Australia
Two professional references
A minimum of 12 months experience in aged care or home and community care
A Certificate III or IV in one of the following:
- Aged Care
- Home and Community Care (HACC)
- AIN Certificate

Or be working toward your nursing degree, and have already completed your first year.
