Our recruitment process
We make sure we meet every staff member face-to-face to understand their skills, qualifications and preferences.
All of our nurses, carers and domestic staff:
- Hold registration, qualifications and certifications relevant to the care or support they offer
- Have proven experience in their roles, so they can slot right in as a member of your team
- Have demonstrated they understand the Charter of Aged Care Rights
- Are assessed on their understanding of health and safety, inlcuding manual handling and infection control
Continuous support
Our members receive ongoing support and have access to training and professional development.
To complement our mandatory annual training, we also provide nationally accredited First Aid and CPR training.
